About Us
Pony has been in continuous operation in Oak Harbor since September 1983. Over the years our space has expanded from 700 square feet to 2,500 square feet. Our staff includes seven full and part-time employees.
Pony is an Authorized UPS Shipping Outlet, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, DHL Authorized Shipping Center, and US Postal Service Approved Shipper. These designations are given to stores that sell packing materials and service, and that provide excellent customer service. We’re proud of the fact that we have earned the right to display the UPS, FedEx, DHL, and US Postal Service brands and logos.
Pony is also a member of AMPC (Associated Mail & Parcel Center) and RS Associates (Retail Shipping Associates). Through these organizations, we have access to vendors, education and training opportunities, and a nationwide network of other similar businesses. It is the support and information provided by these organizations that makes it possible for Pony to continue to grow professionally.
We are members of the Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce. Pony has earned an excellent reputation in the community by providing superior products and services in a professional manner, as well as with participation in parades and events, and financial support for civic projects.

Our staff is professionally trained and certified by RSI, RSA and AMPC in the proper packing methods to insure the safe arrival of all your items being packed and shipped. They’ve also been certified in international shipping, heavy freight shipping, bulk mailing, commercial mail receiving agent certification and notary procedures.
